Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate with three years of coaching experience preferred.

The candidate should have experience as a player and or coach in the sport of football, with an up to date certification in first aid and CPR prior to employment. Documentation must be on file with nursing services prior to the start of work.

The coach needs to be able to promote an atmosphere that is consistent with educational athletics.

Candidates for this position must have competed the MHSAA CAP program, Levels 1 and 2 within the first two years of holding the position.
