The ideal candidate will foster athletic excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth while building a competitive and positive team culture. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and conduct daily practices and game strategies.Teach core softball mechanics, field strategy, and physical conditioning.Maintain team discipline, promote good sportsmanship, and foster academic accountability.Manage equipment, team rosters, and game-day logistics in coordination with the Athletic Director.Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school staff, and community members.Ensure compliance with all state athletic association, district, and school rules. Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious coaching experience (preferred).Strong knowledge of softball rules, fundamentals, and safety guidelines.Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain before season start).Completion of required state athletic coaching certifications and background check.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
