NOW HIRING – A/B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

RGV Tire Pros is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dependable A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.


We are seeking a qualified mechanic who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles.


Pay & Compensation

• $18–$22 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  
  
• Minimum of 30 flag hours per week guaranteed.
  
  
• Opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
  
  
• Full-time position.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have proven A-Level or B-Level automotive repair experience.
  
  
• Must have your own professional automotive tools.
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Experience with engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general mechanical repairs.
  
  
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.
  
  
• Experience using diagnostic scanners and automotive repair equipment.
  
  
• Valid driver's license required.
  
  
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
  
  
• Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs.
  
  
• Accurately identify vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs.
  
  
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
  
• Work professionally with service advisors and other technicians.
  
  
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
