Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is looking for a highly organized, energetic Dispatcher to coordinate our team, keep schedules on track, and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Keep Teams Moving: Dispatch HVAC or Plumbing service technicians and installation crews as well as manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Solve Problems: Handle scheduling changes, unexpected challenges, and customer concerns.
- Support Technicians: Communicate job details, track progress, and match teams to jobs based on their strengths and qualifications.
- Deliver Great Service: Answer customer questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
- Drive Results: Maintain accurate records, meet daily performance goals, and help maximize productivity and revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure.
- Goal-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- HVAC or dispatching experience is a plus, but not required!
