Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled A Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Reineke Ford of Lima. This position requires top-tier diagnostic and repair skills and the ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate can jump right in and start producing.

Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays only as needed.Pay: $28-$38 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as needed)

• Ability to Commute: Lima, OH 45804 (Required)

• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrains

• Conduct inspections and perform advanced-level maintenance and repairs

• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes and determine solutions

• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair status and timelines

• Perform warranty work per manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain an organized and safe workspace

• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience

• ASE certifications strongly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must provide own tools

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Proven ability to perform high-level diagnostics and repairs
