Why Work Here?

The environment is hands-on and production-driven, with tasks performed in and around the aircraft structure, including confined or cramped areas with limited room. Work is guided by engineering drawings, job cards, and a defined production schedule, requiring consistent attention to safety, quality, and procedural compliance in a busy, technical shop-floor setting.
