- Average 10 hospital patients per physician per day
- 8 - 12 kids on consult service per weekend
- Patient mix -- 33% adolescents, 33% pediatrics, 33% newborn
- Consult-only service -- no primary admissions
- BLS and PALS certification required
- X-ray interpretation preferred
