Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Valley-Wide (1099 Contractor)

Location: Valley-Wide (Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & surrounding areas)

Setting: Hybrid (Clinic-Based & Home Health)

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider.

Competitive Contractor Compensation

We value your expertise and offer a transparent, premium pay structure:

  • Direct Therapy: $75.00 / hour
  • Evaluations: $120.00 / hour
  • SLPA Supervision: $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided)

Responsibilities

  • Assess & Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
  • Tailored Therapy: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).
  • Collaborate: Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home.
  • Mentor: Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience: Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home-based services.
  • Mindset: A collaborative spirit and a passion for serving the developmental disability community.
