ABA Behavioral Technician (BT) - Chester, VA

NOW HIRING: ABA BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN / RBT

Location: Chester, VA Setting: In-Home ABA Services Hours: 25 hours per week

Proposed Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday, daytime (about 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Flexible scheduling available! Days and hours can be adjusted as long as 25 hours per week are fulfilled.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• RBT certification preferred, but not required
• Must have experience in ABA therapy
• Must have experience working with children
• Must be comfortable working in a home with a large dog
• Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals
