    Description

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals in providing quality behavioral health services to our clients. The BCBA is responsible for evaluating, designing, and managing behavior interventions in a variety of settings, and will also provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and diagnose clients needs and develop behavior plans
    • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
    • Develop and implement behavior plans in home, school, and community settings
    • Provide direct and indirect supervision of RBTs
    • Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Complete progress reports and other documentation

    Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
    • Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • At least two years of experience working with individuals with special needs
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practices
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
