Location: Yonkers, NY 

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver incredible ABA services to a wonderful 6-year-old child in Yonkers, NY. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!

Schedule:

Monday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM 

Tuesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM 

Wednesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM 

Thursday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM  

Friday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM 

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with care and dedication.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!
• Collect data and document session progress to showcase the amazing growth!
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to create a supportive environment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, ensuring a safe space for everyone.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Experience working with children preferred 
• RBT Certification preferred but not required 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families!
• Reliable and dependable, ready to make a difference!
• Ability to pass required background screenings
