We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our growing team. This leadership role provides clinical oversight and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload to ensure continued connection to direct clinical work.
The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and leader who values ethical, high-quality ABA services and enjoys building strong teams that promote excellent outcomes for children and families..
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs across the region
Maintain a manageable caseload of clients and oversee treatment plans
Ensure quality assurance and clinical compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements
Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports
Provide ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance feedback
Support clinical teams with case consultation and problem-solving
Monitor clinical quality, documentation, and treatment integrity
Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical systems and service delivery
Assist with staff development, hiring, and onboarding of clinical team members
Maintain positive relationships with families, providers, and community partners
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
Experience
5+ years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
Experience reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
Experience with quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
