In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for students throughout their educational journey, helping them navigate academic challenges, stay on track toward graduation, and achieve their career aspirations.

What You'll Do
Provide academic advising and support to a caseload of students.
Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and retention indicators.
Conduct regular outreach to students through phone calls, text messages, emails, and meetings.
Assist students in developing academic success plans and overcoming barriers to completion.
Collaborate with faculty, admissions, financial aid, and student services teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate student records and document advising interactions.
Counsel students regarding academic policies, procedures, and graduation requirements.
Identify at-risk students and implement intervention strategies.
Support orientation, registration, and student engagement initiatives.
Foster a positive, encouraging, and student-centered environment.
