From STEM projects and literacy activities to homework support, mentoring, and hands-on enrichment, you'll help youth strengthen skills, tackle challenges, and gain confidence in their abilities.But great programming is only part of the picture. You'll also build positive relationships with youth, collaborate with schools, families, volunteers, and Club staff, and contribute to the everyday energy of the Club. Whether you're leading an activity, encouraging someone who's struggling, or jumping in to support the team, you'll help create a place where youth feel welcome and capable.We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and adaptable.
