The position
- Our Account Representatives manage the day-to-day tasks to support our clients with their projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
Essential duties & responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between your clients and internal teams, including IT, Software Development, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Purchasing.
- Provide professional care and handling of designated accounts.
- Oversee client implementations, manage daily tasks for accounts, and monitor production work-flows.
- Assist clients in understanding print, mail, and online presentation specifications.
- work with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and create technical documentation to client specifications.
- Ensure accurate client billing and generate client reports.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and deliver top-tier service.
