Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) Art Teacher
The position for an Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) Art Teacher will be available at East Central ISD for the 2026-2027 school year. All individuals (district employees included) who are interested in this position must apply online through Frontline via the district website. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth, enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree
Appropriate Texas Teacher's Certificate Art EC-12
WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom or adaptive equipment. May be required to lift and position students with physical disabilities; control behavior through physical restraint; and assist non-ambulatory students. Exposure to biological hazards.
PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: 2026-2027 School Year
SALARY: Based on 2026-2027 Classroom Teacher Salary Scale plus additional $10,000 stipend
