Accelerator Research & Development Manager

Summary/objective

The Accelerator Research & Development Manager has a significant responsibility over the design and implementation for the superconducting accelerator. This position will involve actively participating in and coordinating the staff who work on the design of Niowave's unique two-pass system.

The role encompasses leadership, subject matter expertise, operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and the ideal staff member experience.
