THE WORK:

• You'll answer incoming Help Desk emails and provide IT support across the Airport Development Group.
• You'll follow established procedures to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, document and resolve system- and hardware-related incidents.
• You'll assess the severity, impact and nature of production outages and incidents, escalate issues as needed, and communicate them to team members through resolution.
• You'll submit and track new service and application requests using Freshdesk, IT ServiceNow and related tracking applications.
• You'll complete IT onboarding and offboarding activities for staff who are mobilizing or demobilizing, including computer orientation for new staff.
• You'll install, configure and maintain PC hardware, software, Windows 10 and Windows 11, including security patches, system updates and driver updates.
• You'll troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, cabling, switches, routers, IP conflicts, wireless networks and VPN issues.
• You'll support staff deployments, relocations and division-wide events across the airport footprint, and provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$80,000 - $88,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
