Access Control Security Specialist (Active TS/SCI)

Seeking a Security Specialist -  Access Control to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) in Stafford, VA. You'll control access to secure facilities and help protect sensitive programs for one of the Marine Corps' key innovation organizations.

This role is a strong fit for someone who already works in DISS or Scattered Castles and wants a stable, well-paid position near Quantico.

Schedule: Full-time, rotating day shifts: 0600–1400, 0800–1600, or 1000–1800. 

What You'll Do

• Administer physical access control, including credentialing, visitor management, and enforcing access policies
• Issue and revoke badges, provision access, and report access violations
• Review access logs, report anomalies, and assist with security incident investigations
• Run queries and make entries in DISS and Scattered Castles; print reports and retrieve case files
• Conduct Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs) at the customer site
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for access control processes

Required

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility (required to start)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with DISS and/or Scattered Castles
• 1–3 years of experience in the security field
• Experience with an access control system such as CCURE, AMAG, Lenel, DBIDS, or similar
• Familiarity with NISPOM and DoD security manuals and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• CCURE administration experience
• Experience conducting RAMs or other antiterrorism and force protection measures
• Experience writing security SOPs
• Military police, security forces, or DoD installation access control background
