Just a tight team that makes things happen.OverviewIgnite is hiring an Account & Activation Manager to help lead experiential programs from planning through on-site execution. Youll support client communication, coordinate logistics and staffing, and travel to activations to ensure flawless delivery. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate or someone with 23 years of experience who wants hands-on agency experience and a fast ramp in experiential marketing.The RoleThis is a client-facing, execution-driven role that sits at the intersection of account management and field operations. Youll help manage client deliverables, keep internal teams organized, and be on the ground for activations making sure everything runs smoothly and looks sharp.Youll work closely with Ignite leadership and operations, with real ownership over projects and strong growth potential as the company scales.What Youll DoSupport and manage experiential programsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and logistics across multiple programsHelp build run-of-show documents, staffing schedules, and activation playbooksTrack project status and keep all stakeholders alignedManage day-to-day client communicationServe as a primary point of contact for assigned clientsMaintain clear, proactive communication throughout planning and executionHelp prepare client-facing updates, recaps, and performance reportingOversee on-site activationsTravel to client activations and events to support execution and troubleshoot in real timeLead on-site teams and ensure staffing is aligned with expectationsRepresent Ignite with professionalism and confidence in the fieldCollaborate cross-functionallyWork closely with staffing, logistics, and creative partnersSupport internal process improvements as we scale (templates, systems, workflows)Who You Are03 years experience in experiential marketing, events, agency work, account coordination, or related fieldsStrong organization and project management skills (details matter here)Great communicator responsive, clear, and professional with clientsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shiftReliable, resourceful, and calm under pressureWilling and excited to travel for activations (including occasional evenings/weekends based on event schedules)Authorized to work in the U.S. and residing in one of the eligible states:TX, FL, TN, NV, WA, SD, WY(Due to payroll and tax regulations, Ignite is currently able to employ team members only in these states.)What Success Looks Like (First 612 Months)Youre managing client communication and project timelines with minimal oversightYou can run on-site activations confidently and solve issues in real timeInternal teams trust you because youre organized and proactiveClients feel supported and informed throughout the activation lifecycleYouve improved at least one process, template, or workflow that makes the team more efficientWork Hours & TravelThis role supports live events, which sometimes require work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends tied to activation schedules.
