ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way.

I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt University and have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and riding motorcycles whenever I get the chance.

As a new agency, we're creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have opportunities to grow. I'm a laid-back leader who believes in providing the tools, training, and processes needed for success without micromanaging. My goal is to help team members develop professionally while creating an environment built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Venkataraman Viswanathan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
