ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, relationship-driven environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate, bringing valuable experience and insight into how we serve our customers and support our team.

I’ve been married for 22 years and have three children. We’re a big baseball family and enjoy staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community by supporting Little League and volunteering with the Arizona Animal Welfare League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Schott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
