Position Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused Account Associate to support daily agency operations and help drive growth through meaningful client interactions. This role blends front office support with customer engagement and product education.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic service needs
Initiate conversations with prospective and current customers
Ask thoughtful, needs-based questions to understand customer situations
Educate customers on available insurance and financial service products
Support follow-up on quotes, renewals, and account reviews
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and appointment scheduling
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging in conversation and asking questions to understand needs
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive approach
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Preferred (Not Required):
Background in customer service, administrative support, or marketing
Experience in insurance or financial services
Active insurance license or willingness to obtain
Bilingual Spanish preferred
