Position Overview


In the role of an Account Associate at the Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, your contribution is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships and facilitating communication between customers and various agency departments to enhance their experience. By actively promoting relevant products and services, you play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' lives.

**Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License with insurance sales and/or service experience required. **


Responsibilities

MON – FRI:  830AM TO 5:00PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH


SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON.  ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS.  MAY WORK 1 -2 SATURDAYS /MONTH.  If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week. 


  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Meet needs-based sales goals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications


  • Active Producer Property & Casualty License Required
  • InsuranceSales/Service Experience Required
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in recognizing needs and effectively engaging in solution-oriented sales
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to contribute to a high performing team environment
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain within one year of employment)
