ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1995 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing.

Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also have established training systems in place to give team members the tools and resources they need to learn the business and become successful in their roles.

Our culture is built around trust, independence, and accountability. I’m not a micromanager - I want team members who can take the training and resources provided and run with them. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.
