ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in fashion PR and later gained firsthand insurance experience working with my father, who is also a State Farm agent. I’m proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent and a graduate of Gonzaga University and Mater Dei High School.
Giving back is important to me, and I’ve been a RAD Camp volunteer since 2008. That same focus on relationships and helping others is an important part of our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Keiko Mcinally - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
