I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I'm a graduate of the University of Toledo and had the opportunity to play professional football before building my career in insurance. Throughout my agency career, I've also earned recognition as a Chairman's Circle qualifying agent.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Mark Brandon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
