ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Team member for Franklin Othman State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and daily office transactions. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
