ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of three. As someone who was born and raised in the community we serve, I knew I wanted the independence that comes with agency ownership while building a career centered around helping the people in my hometown. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, and outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a son and three dogs.
Being involved in our community is a big part of who we are as an agency. We regularly participate in local events and love getting out of the office to connect with the people and organizations around us. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for Jessica Strauch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
