ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. My State Farm journey began in college when I worked part-time as a team member before building my career as a personal banker and eventually returning to open my own agency. Outside of work, I'm a parent of two young children and enjoy animals, plants, being outdoors, and relaxing with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Vietnamese highly preferred.
