ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Since opening the agency in 2010, we've focused on building a team-oriented environment where people can grow professionally, serve customers with integrity, and build meaningful careers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 20 years leading retail teams, an experience that reinforced the importance of strong relationships, accountability, and developing people.

Our agency is built on the belief that success starts with great people. We can teach insurance products and processes, but qualities like work ethic, coachability, initiative, and a positive attitude are what truly drive long-term success. We look for team members who are motivated to learn, willing to take ownership of their work, and excited to contribute to a supportive team environment.

We work hard, celebrate wins together, and invest in each other's growth. Whether your goal is to build expertise, grow into leadership, or create new opportunities for yourself, you'll be supported along the way. As our agency continues to grow, we're committed to creating additional opportunities for team members who want to develop their skills and advance their careers.

If you're someone who enjoys helping others, values teamwork, and is looking for a place where your contributions matter, we'd love to connect with you.
