ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brad Rehfeldt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, goal oriented, desire to grow (personally & professionally)
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary plus commission.
• Monthly commissions average between $800 and $4500
