Pay Congers, NY: $70,000 plus commission

PowerPak supplies the site and safety products that keep contractors, municipalities, and utilities working. As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you'll own a book of customers who already buy from us but spend less than $10,000 a year. Your job is to learn how they buy and earn more of their business, through more frequent orders and a wider product mix.

This is a phone-based, high-activity sales role. You'll make a lot of calls, hear "no" often, and see your progress in your numbers every day. If you want clear targets, a defined process, and a team that coaches you to hit them, read on.

• Outbound calls (about 40%). Call customers in your book, including quote follow-ups and courtesy calls, to find needs and win orders.
• Pipeline management (about 20%). Move the opportunities you uncover through to a clear outcome.
• Account analysis and strategy (about 10%). Study how each account buys and build a plan to grow it.
• Qualifying new companies (about 10%). Review new online customers and new logos from our Business Development Managers. Qualified companies join your book or go to a BDM.
• Customer and after-sales support (about 10%). Research products, build quotes, and help resolve order issues.
• CRM and call planning (about 10%). Keep accurate records and build a prioritized call list each day.

• MSI Meaningful Sales Interactions:13 per day
• Sales growth: a monthly revenue target based on your geography

Required

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfort with CRM systems, a softphone, and professional email
• A reliable system for managing tasks and follow-ups

Nice to Have

• Top-of-funnel experience, such as prospecting or lead qualification
• Experience in a high-rejection, KPI-driven setting like door-to-door or retail sales
• RFQ tracking experience
• A bachelor's degree

Pay range: Congers, NY: 70,000 plus commission This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
