Imprimis Group/IGXperts are seeking an experienced
Account Director to lead strategic client relationships for major enterprise brands and serve as the senior point of contact across high-profile digital transformation, commerce, and marketing initiatives.
This is a
newly created role due to growth and an excellent opportunity for an agency leader who knows how to own complex accounts, build trusted executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings a strong
digital marketing agency background, experience working with large enterprise clients, and the confidence to operate as a strategic advisor to senior-level stakeholders.
What Youll Do
- Own the overall health, strategy, retention, satisfaction, and growth of key enterprise client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business, objectives, challenges, and industry
- Lead complex digital, commerce, marketing, and transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
- Provide strategic direction and a clear point of view across client initiatives
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, technology, data, marketing, and delivery teams
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration rather than direct reporting authority
- Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, budgets, quality, and client expectations
- Identify organic growth opportunities and translate client needs into expanded services and solutions
- Build strong relationships throughout client organizations and broaden executive-level engagement
- Coordinate work across agency partners, internal departments, disciplines, and client teams
- Recommend opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and strengthen overall account performance
- Ensure digital marketing strategies and deliverables follow current best practices and technologies
- Maintain clear communication and proactively address issues before they impact the client relationship
- Participate in regular onsite client meetings throughout the Dallas area, typically approximately two days per week
What Were Looking For
- 12+ years of marketing, advertising, digital strategy, account leadership, or related experience strongly preferred
- Digital marketing agency experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Proven experience owning and growing complex enterprise client relationships
- Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, commerce, MarTech, digital transformation, or brand consulting
- Experience working directly with senior and executive-level client stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
- Strong understanding of account strategy, client retention, organic growth, and business development
- Experience managing multiple complex programs or initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to translate business challenges into actionable strategies and solutions
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment with significant client visibility
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer digital products, MarTech, commerce, or enterprise digital platforms is highly desirable
Location
- Dallas/Fort Worth candidates only
- Hybrid schedule with a combination of remote work and onsite client meetings
- Candidates must be able to commute regularly to client offices in Dallas
- Additional local client meetings may be required throughout the DFW area
