Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales
  • Consistent quota attainment and complex deal management experience
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and sales analytics tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field
  • Training in solution selling or channel methodologies

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $250,000 - 310,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
