Job Description
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area.
- Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
- Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
- Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last.
- Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
- Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience prospecting and developing new business.
- A proven ability to close deals and deliver against targets.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
- Motivation to build a long‑term career in sales and recruitment.
- A BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
- A coachable, adaptable approach and a genuine curiosity about people and business.
