JOB SUMMARY
The Account Executive position will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day, functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. This role will concentrate on bringing new business opportunities to Netrio, coaching them through the sales process, and successfully closing the business. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set three to five new business appointments each week.
  • Utilize cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking partners to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support prospecting efforts.
  • Meet with three prospects per week to assess if they meet the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Educate qualified prospects on why Netrio is the right choice as their Managed Service Provider.
  • Present product demonstrations as needed.
  • Nurture prospect relationships by collaborating with a team of technical and business resources, including sales engineers and executive leadership.

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business relationships by demonstrating value.
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaboration
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to support the sales process and meet client needs.
Presentation Skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of services to clients.
Time Management
  • Effectively manage multiple sales activities and client relationships while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University with courses in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Two years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to nurture and close sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Preferred:
Experience in a technical or IT-related sales environment.
