Floreo is pioneering the use of Virtual Reality (VR) to create immersive, therapeutic, and educational experiences for neurodiverse children and adults. Our evidence-based platform is used across therapy, educational, and family settings, and we are developing a regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for commercialization in 2026. Beyond 2026, Floreo is developing new AI-powered products, including an ADHD therapeutic and an autism assessment tool. Our mission: a world that is open and accessible to the neurodiverse, improving quality of life for individuals and families through accessible, innovative, and effective solutions.
The Central Region Account Executive generates new revenue and expands customer relationships primarily within healthcare (clinics, therapy practices, behavioral health organizations, and human services providers), with a secondary focus on education, including K-12 school districts, charter and private schools, vocational/adult residencies, and state education agencies.
This is a hunter role for an individual contributor who owns the customer journey end-to-end: from prospecting through close, onboarding, utilization, and renewal. We're looking for an early-to-mid career sales professional, typically in their second or third sales role, with foundational sales training who is hungry to build and own a territory. Experience selling prescription-based or clinically utilized technologies (DTx, SaMD, or other regulated solutions) is ideal; familiarity with education procurement and IDEA/IEP dynamics is a plus, not a requirement. You'll primarily engage clinical and administrative stakeholders, with the ability to credibly engage special education directors and district administrators as education opportunities arise.

You're a hunter: a relationship-driven sales professional with a genuine sense of urgency who takes full ownership of your territory, from the first prospecting call through renewal. You earn trust by understanding the problems clinicians and administrators are trying to solve, and you bring the discipline of structured sales training with the hunger of someone building their second or third sales role into a career. You're motivated by a mission: improving outcomes for neurodiverse individuals and families.
