Job Description: An established and growing third-party logistics (3PL) company in Brickell, Miami, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its Account Executive Development Program. This opportunity is designed for individuals who already have professional sales experience and are ready to take the next step toward becoming independent Account Executives. The ideal candidate understands prospecting, cold calling, handling objections, and working toward measurable sales targets. Through direct mentorship, practical B2B sales experience, and exposure to the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets, successful candidates will develop the skills needed to build, manage, and grow their own book of business. Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential B2B customers through cold calling, email outreach, and other business development activities. Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities. Identify customers' transportation needs and recommend appropriate logistics solutions. Develop strong negotiation, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills. Build professional relationships with prospective customers. Work alongside experienced Account Executives and sales leaders. Learn transportation industry fundamentals, including freight brokerage and supply chain operations. Meet established prospecting, sales activity, and performance targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience required. Previous B2B sales experience is preferred. Experience with cold calling, prospecting, business development, or customer acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence engaging prospective customers over the phone. Competitive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejection, adapt quickly, and remain motivated. Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Fluency in English required; Spanish or French is a plus. What We Offer Annual base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission.
