Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and the application of Google AI/Machine Learning solutions within the finance sector.
  • Track record of developing and implementing innovative, solution-based selling strategies that address client needs and drive transformational change.
  • Track record in building and fostering long-term C-level relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing decisions through thought leadership and trusted solution recommendations.
  • Ability to successfully manage and grow a engaged portfolio by leveraging resources and driving significant business outcomes.

About the job

In this role, you will lead critical client and agency relationships and drive cross-product revenue growth. You will be the primary architect of growth for your assigned accounts, developing high-level business plans while executing sales strategies that turn those plans into results.

You will be navigating complexity with a relentless drive for impact finding untapped opportunities within your book of business and turning them into reality. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver the full power of "OneGoogle" to clients. You will possess a sharp investigative mind for forecasting and a deep sense of accountability for both your pipeline and clients long-term business goals.The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google"s most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of annual and quarterly account plans and activation roadmaps, assessing opportunity size to drive long-term growth.
  • Cultivate trusted, multi-level (B-C) relationships with clients and agency partners, serving as their primary point-of-contact.
  • Leverage expertise in the advertising landscape and Google's product suite to translate client business objectives into actionable, revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Lead sales strategy from delivering compelling pitches to consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Partner across internal teams to deliver integrated "OneGoogle" solutions that maximize impact for the client.
