Compensation: $56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

This isn't a role where you're handed a book of existing accounts. You'll learn how to build your own book of business from the ground up through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and connecting directly with business decision-makers.
Early on, the role is heavily focused on inside sales and new business development. As you establish customers and grow your book, you'll transition into more of a traditional Account Executive rolemanaging relationships, growing accounts, and continuing to develop new business.
You don't need industry experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and motivated to build something of their own.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and outreach
- Identify and connect with business owners and key decision-makers
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities
- Present solutions and move prospects through the full sales cycle
- Close new business and build your own portfolio of customers
- Develop and grow long-term client relationships
- Manage your pipeline and sales activity through CRM systems
- Work toward individual activity, revenue, and growth goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
