Compensation: $56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do:
Generate new business through prospecting and outreach
Connect with business owners and decision-makers
Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
Build long-term client relationships
Track activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
Consistently achieve activity and revenue goals
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
Comfortable initiating conversations and building new relationships
Desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment
Long-term interest in sales and business development
Preferred Experience:
Prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling
SDR, BDR, Account Executive, retail sales, hospitality, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
Commission-based, goal-oriented, or performance-driven environments
Leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, military service, or previous employment
