Based in New York, Top Lock is a recognized leader in the facilities industry for the services we provide.The Role As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You will own each account's performance from start to finish, from the moment a work order comes in to the moment the client signs off satisfied. The role suits someone who communicates well, keeps track of details, and takes real ownership of results. This position is available as remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Hicksville, NY office, depending on the candidate's preference and location.What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client contacts, serving as their primary point of contact Take responsibility and accountability for the performance of assigned accounts by managing work orders from inception through planning, execution, and completion Stay aware of each client's expectations and KPIs (speed, quality, and customer satisfaction), and tailor your communication to each account's preferences Ensure work orders on your accounts are handled: on time, efficiently, to Top Lock's workmanship standards, and in a way that leaves the client satisfied Keep clean, accurate notes in Top Lock's Salesforce system and in each client's work order portal Ensure technicians follow the Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount on every work order, and submit NTE increase requests when necessary Stay current on account data and metrics, and be ready to discuss account performance weekly and quarterly Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Required Clear, professional communication, both by phone and in writing Strong computer skills Self-motivated and accountable; a self-starter who can work self-directed Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage your workday efficiently Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Outgoing and energetic Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Prior experience in the facilities maintenance industry Familiarity with common work order platforms What We Offer Competitive salary Employer-sponsored health insurance with employer contribution Paid sick time Paid personal time 401(k) with employer matching Significant opportunity for career growth and advancement Top Lock Locksmiths & Security is an equal opportunity employer.
