Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting continued business growth and customer retention through the management of existing client relationships. Key responsibilities include negotiating renewals, identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing ongoing account support. Ability and willingness to travel as needed is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have state General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license within required time frame per state regulations.
• 4 years experience in a health care management field, claims processing, customer service or marketing/ sales involving decision making, self-direction, and finance/product analysis OR Bachelor degree and 2 years health care management, customer service or marketing/sales experience.
• Health care management work experience including PPO and HMO.
• Customer Service oriented; detail oriented.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel
• Experience addressing customer needs and make sound decisions; building strong customer relations.
• Experience analyzing reports.
  

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Downers Grove, IL

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$56,900.00 - $85,300.00
