Account Executive - Idera

What You'll Do

• Drive Revenue Growth: Generate new business and expand our footprint within existing accounts across your assigned territory.

• Hunt & Qualify: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and skillfully qualify a high volume of prospects using proven sales methodologies.

• Build Lasting Relationships: Establish trust and maintain exceptional rapport with current customers to ensure long-term success, retention, and support.

• Own Your Strategy: Exercise strategic judgment to determine the best actions for your territory, backed by a thorough, expert-level understanding of Idera's products and services.

• Deliver Compelling Value: Confidently pitch and present our value proposition to stakeholders at all levels within an organization, from technical users to C-level executives.

• Manage the Pipeline: Provide accurate, continuous updates on forecasts, territory plans, and opportunity pipelines to leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: A BA/BS degree (required).

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in sales or business development, with a strong preference for B2B software/tech sales.

• Technical Sales Acumen: A demonstrated ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into highly effective, persuasive presentations.

• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
