To be considered, candidates should have a proven track record in salesconstruction, commercial landscaping, custom homes sales, or related industries preferredand be comfortable generating leads, managing opportunities, and working collaboratively across teams.

• Have 35+ years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably in construction, landscape, or commercial services
• Can think strategically, solve problems creatively, and identify opportunities to grow business
• Thrive building rapport with decision-makers and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and sales events beyond the standard 95
• Proven track record generating qualified leads, closing deals, and growing revenu
• Skilled at collaborating with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Able to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate client needs

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define market strategies and sales goals for products and services
• Research prospective clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers to expand market share
• Prospect new clients by visiting offices, building rapport, and cultivating opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide weekly updates to management on opportunities, challenges, contracts, and priorities
• Stay current on industry trends and technical developments that impact client needs

Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of relationship-based sales experience (construction or related industries preferred)
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Landscape design experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours and attend sales events beyond normal business hours
• Creative, energetic, and self-motivated
• Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• This role requires someone who can own their territory, build relationships that last, and deliver measurable results for the company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 $80,000/year (DOE
• Commission Eligible: Yes
