Account Executive

As an Account Executive at SixSpeed, you are responsible for supporting client relationships and ensuring work is delivered with accuracy and impact. You immerse yourself in your clients’ business challenges, bringing fresh ideas, strategic value, and clear solutions that move brands forward. We’re looking for a responsible and collaborative teammate who can confidently manage projects, communicate effectively, and build trusted relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and motivated to make an immediate impact on both clients and the agency.

THE TASK AT HAND

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects and accounts
• Leverage your understanding of client goals and SixSpeed’s capabilities to ensure requests are clear and strategically aligned
• Manage client expectations, providing proactive communication and conflict resolution
• Prepare and present proposals, scopes of work, and estimates with confidence
• Co-lead project kick-offs, account status updates, and debrief meetings with internal teams
• Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to finish
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• Distill client business knowledge into clear direction for teams, ensuring the whole team is aligned
• Explore industry trends and resources to bring new perspectives and opportunities forward
• Define project goals and contribute to the development of clear and actionable briefs
• Foster inclusivity and collaboration in all client and internal partnerships

WHO YOU ARE

• 2–4 years of account management experience in marketing, advertising, or an agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate about building brands and identifying opportunities for growth
• Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Naturally proactive, with a sense of urgency and comfort working under pressure
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a wide range of situations

This role offers a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000* per year.

Similarly, there may be a more senior or junior position available that would be a better fit with your expertise. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
