The Opportunity

Novatech is seeking an Account Executive to support clients throughout the Greater New Orleans Region. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys developing new business, expanding market presence, and building long‑term client partnerships.

Success in this role requires a high level of personal ownership, consistency, and follow‑through in managing a territory and delivering results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
  • Develop and grow a territory by identifying and engaging new clients
  • Execute the sales process with consistency, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Build relationships within the New Orleans business community to expand market presence
  • Deliver consultative solutions aligned to client needs across information technology, print, cloud, and security
  • Engage decision‑makers and executive leadership with confidence and credibility
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity expectations

What You Bring to Novatech:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Business‑to‑business outside sales experience required
  • Preferred experience within technology, managed services, or a related industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Must reside within the New Orleans, Louisiana market or reasonable commuting distance to support the assigned territory
