Nestled in the scenic heart of Marblehead, Massachusetts, our company culture blends the charm of a historic coastal town with the dynamic pulse of serving the employment needs of the modern business climate.Your Day?Attracting new clients to CommPayHR's services.Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals.Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
