    Description

A high-growth B2B SaaS startup is modernizing the way service providers handle billing and collections. The company’s platform automates time-consuming financial processes, turning invoicing and payments into seamless, efficient workflows. After quadrupling growth last year, they are building out their U.S. sales team—starting with Austin.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a scaling company, with tons of career growth potential and high-impact work in a collaborative environment.

    About the Role

We are hiring a driven, resourceful Account Executive with experience in SaaS or fintech sales targeting SMBs. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to close—working with service-based businesses that are ready to adopt a more intelligent approach to payments.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–4 years of sales experience looking to level up in a startup environment with real ownership and visibility. You’ll be the 4th AE on the Austin team and report directly to senior leadership.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, objection handling, and closing.
    • Drive outbound pipeline through email, phone, and event-based outreach.
    • Qualify inbound leads and convert high-volume transactional opportunities efficiently.
    • Build strong relationships with prospects—primarily SMBs in industries like accounting, finance, and services.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and awareness.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.
    • Track and forecast sales activity, analyze trends, and continuously refine your sales process.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 3–4 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (targeting SMBs).
    • Proven success in outbound sales and high-volume transactional deals.
    • Experience selling into service providers, especially in finance, accounting, or billing-related industries.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to sell consultatively.
    • Hunter mentality with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools; able to adapt quickly to new tech platforms.
    • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota—top 10% performer preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance OR 2+ years of practical experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services.
    • Ability to travel for conferences and events as needed.

    Why You’ll Love This Role

    • Ground-floor opportunity in a scaling fintech startup with massive growth plans.
    • Chance to help shape the sales team and influence the go-to-market strategy.
    • High visibility with leadership and direct input into future product expansion.
    • Remote flexibility with a preference for Austin-based candidates as the U.S. team grows.
    • Competitive base, strong commission plan, and equity ownership.
